These terms govern your use of giaiphau3d.com, the 3D model app, the quiz site and related services of Giaiphau3D (the “Service”), operated by Trương Công Hậu, Da Nang, Vietnam (“we”). By accessing or signing in, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Giaiphau3D is an anatomy learning platform offering interactive 3D models, movement simulations, muscle descriptions (origin, insertion, function, innervation) and practice quizzes. We may add, change or discontinue features over time.
2. Educational use only — not medical advice
All content is for learning and reference only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace official textbooks, instructors or healthcare professionals. 3D models and animations are simplified simulations and may differ from real anatomy. We compile content carefully from medical literature but do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. You are responsible for how you apply it in clinical practice, training or health care.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You sign in with Google and are responsible for securing your Google account.
- Each account is for one person and may not be shared, lent, sold or transferred.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
- You may request account deletion at any time via giaiphauso@gmail.com.
4. Acceptable use
You may not bulk-download, crawl or scrape content, quiz questions or data; resell, rent, commercially distribute or republish the Service's content under another name; probe, bypass authentication or disrupt the system; or use the Service unlawfully. Reasonable screenshots for personal study or teaching, credited to “Giaiphau3D”, are permitted.
5. Intellectual property
The Giaiphau3D name, logo and brand; source code and interface; Vietnamese descriptive content; quiz questions and explanations; and the organization of lessons belong to us, except for openly licensed components listed in section 6.
6. 3D model sources and licenses
The geometry of the 3D anatomical models is developed and adapted from:
- Z-Anatomy — The libre 3D atlas of anatomy — CC BY-SA 4.0
- BodyParts3D — The Database Center for Life Science — CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan
We modified these models (separation, simplification, web optimization, coloring and movement). The modified 3D models are made available under CC BY-SA 4.0. This license covers the model geometry only, not the other content listed in section 5. The above authors and organizations do not endorse and are not affiliated with Giaiphau3D.
7. Paid plans
The Service is currently free for signed-in users. Some features may require a paid plan in the future; pricing, billing cycle, renewal and refund terms will be clearly shown before you pay and added to these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months (if any).
9. Changes, governing law and language
We may update these terms; the last updated date is shown at the top and significant changes will be announced. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam; disputes are first resolved by negotiation, then by the competent authority under Vietnamese law. This is a translation of the Vietnamese version; if they differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
